Emerald Expositions Events, Inc. (NYSE:EEX) today announced commencement
of a secondary public offering of 7,000,000 shares of common stock by
investment funds managed by Onex Partners Manager LP and its affiliates
(collectively, the “Selling Stockholders”). Additionally, in connection
with the offering, the Selling Stockholders intend to grant to the
underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,050,000 additional
shares of common stock.
The company is not selling any shares in this offering and will not
receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the Selling Stockholders.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are acting as
joint book-running managers in the offering and representatives of the
